Exercise for kids is important. Exercise for kids with unique and special needs especially so.
Our goal is to develop a practice that promotes vigorous exercise and movement literacy for all of the kids and young adults we work with. It is about building lifelong physical skills.
"Go play outside and burn off some energy" doesn't always work for some.

Benefits of Outdoor Exercise Confirmed
Feb. 5, 2011— A systematic review carried out by a team at the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry has analysed existing studies and concluded that there are benefits to mental and physical well-being from taking exercise in the natural environment. Their findings are published in the research journalEnvironmental Science and Technologyon February 4th 2011.
